Elemar Holding S.r.l. is an investment holding company based in Milan, in Galleria San Babila. It owns and coordinates shareholdings and real estate assets, with the aim of preserving their value over time and supporting their orderly growth.

We operate exclusively with our own resources. We do not provide services to the public: our activity is dedicated to the assets of the holding and of its group companies, with the discretion and rigour that such a structure requires.

Asset management

We hold and coordinate equity interests in Italian and foreign companies as stable, long-term investments. To our subsidiaries we provide strategic direction, administrative and financial coordination, and the continuity of a stable ownership.

Allocation decisions follow criteria of prudence and diversification. We prefer a few well-considered decisions to many hurried ones.

Real estate management

We acquire, enhance and manage quality residential and office properties, favouring established locations and architectural merit. Each asset is followed through its entire life cycle: acquisition, refurbishment, leasing and maintenance.

The goal is not turnover, but endurance: properties that hold their value and generate steady income over the years.

How we work.

Prudence

We assess every transaction for what it could lose before what it could return. The capital we safeguard is not ours alone: it is the result of years of work.

Long horizon

We do not chase the cycle. We invest in what can withstand time and accompany it patiently, even when the market calls for haste.

Independence

We decide with our own resources and without mandate constraints. This allows us to choose freely, and to say no when necessary.
